Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

- The request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective)
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and clear images/video of the issue
- Once approved, return instructions will be provided
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or store credit
- Processing time may take 7–10 business days
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Shipping charges may apply for exchanges
- Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
